1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LiveVods. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@livevods.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

LiveVods is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense recordings obtained through the Service
• Use the Service to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions or security measures
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service

4. Content and Copyright

Recordings made through LiveVods are subject to the intellectual property rights of the original content creators and streaming platforms. LiveVods does not claim ownership of recorded content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of recordings complies with applicable copyright law and platform terms of service.

5. Recordings and Retention

LiveVods retains recordings for the period defined by your plan. After the retention window closes, recordings are permanently deleted unless they have been protected, clipped, or otherwise saved. We do not guarantee indefinite storage of any recording.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, recording failures, or data loss.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may request account deletion at any time from your account settings; deletion takes 14 days and can be cancelled within that window.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveVods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
